Frogleys Offshore is a national distribution company for some of Australia’s top fishing brands including Gamakatsu, Atomic, Bassday, Samurai and Fuji, we pride ourselves on manufacturing or distributing top quality market leading products.

Frogleys have a well-developed supply chain that includes proven and successful relationships with both overseas factories and suppliers along with many Australian businesses as such our warehouse is very busy.

The Role:

Are you looking to kick start your career in a strong customer service role within a stable organisation? Frogleys are seeking a self-driven Internal Salesperson to provide efficient and exceptional customer service.

This position will report to the Office Management and Directors and it is based at Frogleys Ballina Warehouse which is open Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. If hours don’t suit we can look at job sharing or permanent Part time, job can be flexible for school hours.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Answer and respond or direct all incoming phone calls to appropriate areas
  • Assist as needed with warehouse duties and general day-to-day running of the office
  • Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and inquiries
  • Raising sales documentation in a prompt, legible and accurate manner
  • Promotion and sale of Frogleys products
  • Assist with the implementation and adoption of in-house, office-based policies and procedures
  • Assistance with additional duties as Management requests as required
  • Troubleshoot and fault finding in a fast-paced environment

Essential Criteria:

The ideal candidate is a dedicated worker with a passion for providing exceptional service. You would be accurate with data entry and also being well organised.

To be successful, you will also have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to learn and use the Accounts system quickly and efficiently including the basic ability to use Excel, Outlook and other computer programs
  • The ability to identify and action opportunities for making additional sales
  • Great rapport and relationship building abilities
