Information collected from this website 

When you visit this website, information such as the site that referred you to us, your internet service provider and email address, navigational and personal information may be collected automatically as part of the site’s operation at our ISP. Data Collection 

Personal Data collected during registration/purchase will not be sold to any organisation or given third party outside the naming sponsors of the event. The only information passed onto the naming sponsors is the name and email address, no other personal data is supplied to other third-party organisations. Frogleys Offshore stores personal login passwords that have been encrypted and not available to Frogleys Offshore officials. Email addresses and phone numbers are required for administration and may be passed onto police and or rescue services. Credit card data collected is not stored by Frogleys Offshore, data is passed to Westpac Bank Australia (PCI DSS Compliant) and Frogleys Offshore then stores Westpac transaction response code, payment receipt number, name and address for transaction records. 

Cookies 

We specifically do not initiate a cookie to your machine. You may nominate to reject or delete a cookie. Your browser should contain information on how to do this. 

Log Files 

We use IP addresses to gather statistics and to assist in the administration of the website. This enables us to analyse trends, track your movements and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information.
