Territory Sales Manager at Frogleys Offshore 
Summary: 
Are you passionate about fishing and looking to combine your love for the sport with a fulfilling career? Frogleys Offshore is seeking a NSW Territory Sales Manager to drive sales, build relationships with retailers, and promote top fishing brands across New South Wales. 

Role Overview: 

The Territory Sales Manager will support retail accounts, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility for Frogleys Offshore’s products, which include well-known fishing brands like Fuji, Gamakatsu, Atomic, Samurai, Bassday, MajorCraft, Zip Baits and Kershaw. This role involves providing market updates, executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong communication with retailers to ensure product availability and support. 

You will build strong relationships with our retailers by offering them trustworthy, reliable, and outstanding service through sales excellence. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide regular market updates and sales feedback on marketing trends, product demands, customer service requirements, competitors’ strategies, and new products. 
  • Drive sales support through regular in-field calls with retailers, utilising proven sales processes and outstanding customer service skills. 
  • Execute visual merchandising displays for products and maintain brand visibility in stores. 
  • Support and align with the Frogleys Offshore team in executing strategies and business plans with retailers to drive sustainable growth. 
  • Roll out product education and brand awareness programs with retailers and anglers to implement sales initiatives. 
  • Sales skills required are varied – stocktaking, analysing products to meet a retailer’s profile, offering options via your extensive product knowledge, introducing new products to market via pre-booking, and selling close-out lines. 

Candidate Profile: 

Ideal candidates should have: 

  • Retail experience and a passion for fishing. 
  • Strong organisational, time management, planning, and communication skills. 
  • Flexibility with working hours and travel requirements, which is essential for this role. 

Requirements: 

  • A current Australian driver’s licence. 
  • A national police certificate before commencing.
