Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open only to all residents of Australia aged 18 years of age or older.
3. The Promoter is Frogleys Offshore of 6 Piper Drive Ballina, NSW 2478. Employees of Frogleys Offshore and their advertising agencies, subagents, respective employees and their immediate families are ineligible to apply.
Promotion commences 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDST”) on the 26th December 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm (EST) on 27th January 2025. (“Promotional Period”).
4. For every Atomic Arrowz rod purchased or for every $150 spent on Atomic products, participants qualify to receive one pack of four free lures. For example, spending $250 will earn you eight free lures. To participate, simply purchase an Atomic Arrowz rod or Atomic products valued at $150 or more, and upload your receipt at https://atomictackle.com.au/comp/
5. Free lures come as packs assorted by fishing style or species which must be selected at the time of entry from the list supplied by Frogleys Offshore on the webpage. There can be no substitutions
6. Five maximum claims per person.
7. The promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible or incorrect receipts.
8. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
9. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
10. Applicants release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the recipient.
11. Frogleys Offshore collects your information to include you in this promotion and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition.
